Congratulations on great work At first it is like herding cats--- Realtors don't listen and want to do their own thing--- and homeowners are sceptical.
This home was very, very untidy not dirty just untidy with clutter everywhere. Went in on a Tuesday virtual tour wednesday, open house Saturday and Sunday sold Sunday with multiple offers and $6,000 above asking price. Another Realtor say my work, loved it and now have a staging for April 23 just down the street and and a promise of all her stagings plus a 2.2 million home in August Wow!!!! Getting the word out there is what we need to do. Am doing 8 right bnow and they googled staging and phoned me.!!!!

Great story and testimonial..When the sellers get it and do what they need to do...HOUSES SELL. Sometimes they are so afraid of spending the money that they never consider what they will lose by hanging onto the property for several more months without it selling.
