Home Staging Helps to Market Home in Havertown Pennsylvania

Today our team had the opportunity to stage a wonderful new construction home in Havertown Pennsylvania. The builder did an outstanding job selecting the finishes and materials and the home has every feature a growing family would need. The home builder and Realtor realized however that this home needed to stand out amongst other homes in the same price point and decided to use staging as part of their marketing plan.

Last week we toured the home and today we brought in a few key items to stage the main living areas. The result? The home looks warmer and more inviting. Take a peek for yourself.

What a huge difference Staging makes, especially in vacant homes.  The house looks stunning, great job, Kate!

Kate I love looking at your work. The house looks wonderful! I really like the teal blue accents. I have several pieces of that color in my inventory and I love it.

What always comes to mind is that I look at the vacant room and wonder what it's purpose is.  Then, I see the room staged and simply put, I now know!  great work, that is what staging is about.

Kate, how can anyone say that staging doesn't make a difference!  It's like night and day.  Beautiful work.

What a soft, inviting feel you gave to the family room.  Love it!!  The great window sure didn't hurt either, did it??  Looks beautiful Kate!

Great job, Kate!  The transformation is huge.  It's so hard for prospective buyers to connect to a vacant home as there's nothing there to allow them to emotionally connect with the home.  Again, you guys did a great job.

What a difference just a few well placed items can make.  I think staging is here to stay!

Hello all,

Thanks for your kind comments.

We had some great architecture to work with but adding a few items really did change the look of the space. I think the builder and the Realtor were really smart to consider staging. This project was on a tight budget and we still achieved the desired effect. The little office space was a penny pincher but I lug that bookcase tons of homes (it was $59.00 at my favorite store hg's and I have used it at least 10 times!) I will let you  know what happens but I think buyers will fall in love with this home, kh
