Last week we had the pleasure of helping a home seller in Downingtown, Chester County Pennsylvania prepare her home for sale. It is a charming home on a large 1 acre lot with gorgeous hardwood floors. I was really impressed with the amount of work my client was willing to do to get the home ready to go on the market. She understood that curb appeal was essential and had tree work and landscaping done to make sure the home looked its best. She also repainted the interior of the home a neutral color that would better allow buyers to envision how they could live there. I have to say I was amazed and exhausted at the work she put in. Below are some pictures of the staging. I am excited to meet the new lucky home owner who gets to live in this cute starter home!
Need more proof staging works? I just got an email from this client. Her home was on the market 9 months prior to staging. They had 4 showings and buyer wants to make an offer. I will let you know what happens! Congrats to my seller for her hard work! kh

Lol! I took that photo for Elaine. When I was staging I knew I had to post it as a tease. French Country is still a big trend where this home is located and the home seller loved it. I give her so much credit though- those walls were purple and the paneling was dark brown and she got to work and painted before we came to stage. She was a model client looking for a model like home. kh
