I am so honored to have been nominated as the RESA Staging Professional of the Year for 2007. Many of you know the dedication I have for this industry and the lengths I have gone to over the past 4 years to make sure that our industry continues to lead and grow. I appreciate the recognition as a nominee amongst all my wonderful peers.

I also want to thank Shell for all her hard work and passion for creating RESA and all the other stagers that have helped to make it a presence in our industry.

Wow, this is great Kate! I really like the show. Wouldn't it be fun for all of us nominees to get together somewhere this next year... I think that it should be an annual event.  You are so deserving of this nomination.. best of luck to you my friend.

Hi Ladies,

Thanks for your comments. All the nominees are wonderful stagers so I know it is hard for people to pick one. I would love to have a staging summitt but it has to be someplace warm- yesterday I staged in the 21 degree chill! The blue bedroom is an old one but it is NOT the first (The tray on the bed was something I used to do but gave it up since it was too stagey!) Anyone else have a guess? KH

I thought it was the owner occupied staging personally.... great RES!

those of you who guessed the second pic were correct. I think a few things gave it away: 1. The photo was too dark 2: I did not have the guts to get rid of the curtains! 3: I left too many personal items in the room. thanks for all your guesses. KH
