Ask the Staging Coach: An exciting new way to grow your staging business

I am excited to announce to my friends and peers on ActiveRain that Hart & Associates has introduced a new service today: Ask the Staging Coach

As many of you know my staging journey has taken me various places over the past 3 years from training for a national staging certification company, to running a successful staging business, to building a staging team in 10 states, to publicizing staging on TV, radio, newspapers and magazines, to working to educate consumers to the benefits of staging through my blog. I discovered that the best way to promote our industry is to invest my energy in mentoring and coaching staging business owners so that they can provide the top quality service that consumers demand and deserve.

I invite you to learn more about this program by reading below. I am not offering staging training or certification and I will always "stage naked". My desire is to help our emerging industry to succeed and to offer support to staging companies looking to grow their business and discover new revenue opportunities.

I look forward to your comments, thoughts and suggestions. KH

Kate,

I love the idea, I think we told you before we would have loved to have taken a ASP course that you taught in the past.  This would give us the chance to work with you now.

You can always learn something new everyday, if you pay attention.  No one person knows everything about anything, especially about Home Staging.

I Wish you the Best of Luck.

Your friends,

thanks brian,

I appreciate the kind words. I agree with you that no one person can define staging. I want to help stagers develop their businesses on a one-on-one level where the class leaves off. KH

But you'll still be staging aswell, no?  This is just in addition to all the other things you do?  No idea how you find the time.  But I did go to that sale, and will tell you about it seperately.

Good luck, you have the Midas touch, I know you'll be a huge success.

Best,

Juliet

Of course I will still be staging! I am just at a point with my business that I am able to delegate more- I have someone that does the destaging and helps with the moving and an assistant that helps with marketing and planning. I will never stop staging- I have too much inventory to store to do that! Please do email me and let me know about the sale. As I mentioned before I am going to have an inventory sale since I am getting tired of some things and want to be able to buy new items. KH

Kate, what a wonderful idea to help stagers.  I honestly don't know how you manage to do everything you do.  But isn't there a saying, 'If you want something done - ask a busy person.'   Your advice will be honest, informative, and valuable to whomever inquires.  Congrats on extending your business.  Betty
