Home Staging for Benson Homes in West Chester, PA

As many of you know the majority of my staging business has become preparing vacant homes for sale. I work mostly with Real Estate Investors, Home Sellers and Small Boutique Builders. I recently had the pleasure however of working with one of our region's premier builders- The Benson Companies in Malvern, PA. Since this was their first time using a home staging firm to help them with their model I was especially excited about this project. From bid to installation their sales team was a pleasure to work with- knowledgeable, courteous and professional. If this is an indication of the service that they provide their clients, then I highly recommend buyers contact their sales staff to help them select a new home. I have seen 4 of their developements and I am impressed with the quality of work and detail that they offer at every price point. To thank them for selecting our firm I created this Real Estate Show to showcase their newest property, Brinton Village in Thornbury Township Pennsylvania.

What a lovely home.  I love the architectural details and the kitchen cabinets-- do those come standard with the house or are they upgrades?  Detailing like that would cost a lot of extra $$$ here in California.

Kate, You have once again completed a beautiful staging job. You also did a great job of putting the RES together. Your use of the word "traditional" with the exact photo at the correct time is perfect. Great Work!!!

I, too, seem to be specializing in staging New Construction Vacant Homes... I will actually be working for a builder I have never worked with soon, staging a "model home" for a new neighborhood.  Do you rent all your furniture?

Hi Kate, really lovely.  I think it's the symmetry that makes your work so enviably soothing and elegant. Just beautiful. I notice you did window treatments in the LR, DR and Master.  Do you usually?  They look like a simple white glazed cotton.  Would you mind sharing what they are? J
