A Home Staging Compromise in Wynnewood Pennsylvania

We recently had the pleasure of helping Sposato Builders with one of their most recent Main Line home renovations. This was an especially rewarding experience because the client chose not only to stage a few key rooms but also to finish the lower level of this home per our recommendation.

As a home staging professional it is our duty to make sure that we are giving our client all the right information about what they need to do to best market and present their property for sale. In this case, completing the basement meant staging less areas in the home, however this compromise meant the home was more competitive with other homes on the market.

Here are some photos of this recent project. As you can see adding some key pieces of furniture and accessories not only added warmth to this space but also enhanced the selling features of this home. Once the lower level is complete the play room items will move out of the third floor and into the lower level. With 4 fully renovated stories and a professionally landscaped yard this home will not last long!

You did a great job!  Aren't you glad they took all of your advice?

As always, the staging looks fantastic!!

BTW, for other stagers, your stager network really works.  We got four models from your last referral to us....

Thanks Ladies,

I was thrilled that they did everything we asked even if that meant staging less rooms. The home shows beautifully and the staging enhances all the details and upgrades the builder offers. This is one of the first homes I have had house envy for in a while! LOL

Beautiful job! I think good staging is about prioritizing how the homeowner's money is spent. Sometimes that means less for us, but ultimately the results are the best for the seller.

Melissa, thanks for the tip. I'm going to look into the staging network!

Beautiful job, Kate. I love the orange and green accents - warm and fresh!

Clients are looking to save money now, and you obviously did a great job with the budget. Congrats.

Kate,

You did a wonderful job and made the home so warm and inviting with your Staging and the colors you used.  This certainly gives the buyers the vision of how it can look with their own furniture.  Well done!
